Paschall Tosch

Managing Director and Co-Head Oil and Gas Investment Banking, J.P. Morgan

Mr. Tosch is a senior member of J.P.Morgan’s Oil & Gas Investment Banking team focused primarily on the North American upstream oil and gas sector. He has significant transaction experience in M&A and Equity and Debt Capital markets.

Mr. Tosch, located in Houston, joined J.P.Morgan in 1988. He received his MBA and BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and is a member of the National Petroleum Council.

Laurence Whittemore

Stacy Methvin

Director, Pioneer Natural Resources Company, Marquard & Bahls, Magellan Midstream Partners, and xF Technologies

Stacy recently retired from Shell Oil Company after a distinguished career spanning 33 years in which she held numerous senior positions including VP Refinery Margin Optimization, VP Global Distribution, VP Strategy and Portfolio and VP Base Chemicals. She also served as the President of Shell Chemical LP, President of Shell Pipeline Company, President of Shell Deer Park Refining Company and President of Shell Louisiana E&P Co. Stacy is a director for Pioneer Natural Resources Company in Dallas, Marquard & Bahls in Germany, Magellan Midstream Partners in Tulsa, and xF Technologies based in Albuquerque. She is past Chair of the Girl Scouts San Jacinto Council, current Chair of the Houston Zoo and a trustee for Springside Chestnut Hill Academy in Philadelphia. She is also an appointee on the Louisiana Governor's Commission on Coastal Protection, Restoration and Conservation and serves on Board committees for Memorial Hermann Healthcare System. Stacy graduated cum laude in 1979 from Princeton University where she earned an AB in Geological and Geophysical Sciences.
