George Coultress, Jr. is a Vice President at Western Commerce Group, a merchant bank located in Fort Worth, Texas. Western focuses on M&A advisory, direct private equity investing and wealth management for high net worth individuals. During his time at Western, Mr. Coultress has been directly responsible for all aspects of a transaction including deal sourcing and origination, valuation, analysis, structuring, negotiation, and closing.
Prior to Western, Mr. Coultress spent four years in the Investment Banking division at Southwest Securities in Dallas where he advised corporate clients and entrepreneurs regarding M&A, public and private debt and equity financings, recapitalizations and leveraged buyouts.
Mr. Coultress graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Christian University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance and Entrepreneurial Management. He currently resides in Fort Worth.
David J. Keller is a CPA, holds the NACD leadership fellow certification, former partner at Ernst&Young and CFO for two NYSE companies. He also served as an executive at one of the largest companies in the world. Mr. Keller has been on the board of directors of public, private and nonprofit organizations. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and has lived and worked in Kansas, Missouri, Ohio, New York, Texas and Florida.
Mike Liddell joined Solebury Capital as a Vice President in 2012 from Nomura Securities, bringing nearly ten years of sellside research and buyside investing experience. Mike is a CFA Charterholder and is an active member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts. Prior to joining Nomura, Mike was a research analyst at Millennium Partners and Goldman Sachs. Mike started his career at Ernst & Young as a tax consultant, where he earned his CPA license.
