Mike Britton is the Chief Information Security Officer at Alliance Data, a leading, Fortune 500 global provider of data-driven marketing and loyalty solutions. In his role, Mike leverages more than 20 years of Information Security experience to lead the Enterprise Security group in ensuring that Alliance Data stays safe in an increasingly dangerous cyber world. Prior to his current role, Mike held senior leadership positions in Internal Audit, Compliance and IT Governance. Previously, Britton worked in various technology roles for IBM, VF Corporation and MCI Worldcom. He earned an MBA from University of Dallas and BA from Mary Washington College.
Joel Bagnal is CEO of Vericlave, a cybersecurity technology solutions company that is changing the paradigm from detection and response to PREVENTION. Before joining Vericlave, Joel evaluated more than 100 cybersecurity companies for investors and strategic acquirers. He is a former Homeland Security and Counterterrorism Advisor to President George Bush immediately after 9/11 and was also the principal architect of America’s first cybersecurity plan. Joel helped develop NACD’s course “Cybersecurity Oversight for Directors” and held corporate cybersecurity leadership roles in L-3 Communications, BAE Systems and others. Joel is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy and a combat veteran with Top Secret security clearance.
Linda Goodspeed currently serves as an independent director of each of the following companies: American Electric Power Company, Inc. where she serves on the nuclear oversight, audit and policy committees; Autozone, Inc. where she serves on the audit and compensation committees and Darling Ingredients, Inc. where she serves on the compensation committee. She retired as COO of Wealth Strategies Financial Advisors. Her past experience includes serving the ServiceMaster Company as SVP and CIO, Nissan North America as VP and CIO and Lennox International Inc as EVP. Linda has completed NACD’s “Cybersecurity Oversight for Directors” certification and mentors CIO and CISO’s through the World 50 Organization. She earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering and an M.B.A. from University of Michigan.
Dennis van Ham has been with KPMG since 2005. He has a strong international mindset and 15+ years of experience divided between KPMG, an E-commerce startup and a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP). Between 2012 and 2015, Dennis was seconded from KPMG The Netherlands to the U.S. member firm in Houston. During this time, he led KPMG’s Cyber Maturity Assessment (CMA) services. He returned to the U.S. in June 2017 and, now based in Dallas, leads the Cyber Go-to-Market for the firms’ Dallas/Denver hub.
